We're thrilled to share the details of our upcoming community event hosted by RE(YOU)S C.IC at the beautiful
St Mary Magdalen Church, chapelfields
We are bringing you an incredible opportunity to come together with members of your community and exchange new or gently used books in good condition. It's an excellent way to share your pre-loved items, get something new-to-you, and contribute to our mission of strengthening and supporting the community.
The BOOK EX(CHANGE) allows you to exchange up to 10 items per person. You can also choose to donate your items if you prefer. However, we kindly request that age-restricted items be kept from being brought along.

But, we are not only doing books......

Are you passionate about fabric and wool crafts? Whether you're a seasoned crafter or just starting out, we invite you to our upcoming Fabric and Wool Crafts EX(CHANGE) This event is designed for craft enthusiasts of all levels, and we can't wait to see you there.
Join us for a day filled with creativity and inspiration, dedicated to exchanging knitting, crocheting, loom weaving, macramé, cross stitch, dressmaking, sewing, fabric dyeing, and embroidery materials. It's the perfect opportunity to refresh your crafting stash, connect with fellow craft enthusiasts, and ignite your creative spark.
Event Details:
How It Works: You can exchange up to 10 items per person. You can also choose to donate your items if you prefer. The following list classes as one item and is not exhaustive.
Wool: 1 whole ball or 2 split balls
Yarn: 2 full skeins or 3 partial skeins
Fabric: At least 10 sheets of A5 size or larger
Cotton Thread: 3 reels
Buttons: Fill a small container or bring at least 10 buttons
Tools: 1 pair of knitting needles or 1 crochet hook
Please note: Once exchanged for tokens, all items remain in the pool and belong to RE(YOU)S C.I.C.
Show and Tell: We would love to see your finished projects or those you are currently working on, so feel free to bring them along to share with the community

Entry to this exciting event is affordable, and all proceeds support our various community projects.
You can enter for just £4.50 (£3.50 GO CV+) if you're an adult, £1.50 if you're a teenager aged 13-18, and kids under 13 can enter for free! For families, you can enter for just £7. We accept both cash and card payments to make things easier for you. While browsing the items, you can enjoy a hot drink like coffee, hot chocolate, squash, and a slice of delicious cake, all included in the entry fee.
Our main objective is to unite our community while promoting resource sharing and reducing waste. You can declutter your home while discovering new treasures, making new connections, and forming new friendships within the community. Even if you don't have any items to exchange, you can still participate by purchasing tokens to pick items from the donated pool. We are confident that you will find something that you will love! If you have any questions about the event, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected].
