Book: "Twenty Years Later” by Charlie Donlea
Avery Mason, a TV reporter with her own hidden past, is determined to uncover the truth behind a long-unsolved M**der for her latest story. The case involves Victoria Ford, a woman accused of killing her lover, whose identity is recently confirmed through new DNA technology. Victoria had made a final, desperate phone call from the North Tower on 9/11, begging her sister Emma to clear her name. Now, twenty years later, Emma seeks Avery's help to uncover the truth. As Avery investigates, she unravels a web of betrayal, secrets, and a connection to her own dark history-one that others are eager to expose.
