Bibliotravels hosts monthly book swap events at various breweries in the Philadelphia area for people to exchange books, drink great beer and mingle with other book lovers! All genres are welcome: thriller, romance, YA, historical fiction, memoir, cookbooks, etc. Please make sure that books are in good condition-not water logged, damaged, excessively yellowed, highlighted and written in. Consider bringing a book that you have enjoyed and would love to share rather than something unwanted.
Here's how it works:
- Bring a book or books (up to 10 per person)
- Check in with the host
- Lay your books out on the designated tables
- Browse the books and grab up to four new (to you) books to take home
- Grab a beer, mingle and have fun!
- We will also have Blind Date With a Book books available for $5. Take a chance on a book that sounds intriguing!
- Leftover books get donated or circulated back into future book swaps.
