Books and Brews Philly hosts monthly book swap events at breweries in the Philadelphia area where we exchange books, drink great beer and mingle with other book lovers! All genres are welcome except: No textbooks, medical or travel books. Please make sure that books are in good condition-not water logged damaged excessively yellowed highlighted or written in. Consider bringing a recent/relevant book that you have enjoyed and would love to share rather than something unwanted.
Here's how it works:
Bring a book or books (up to 10 per person)
Check in with the host
Lay your books out on the designated tables
Browse the books and grab up to four new (to you) books to take home
Grab a beer, mingle and have fun!
We will also have Blind Date With a Book books available for sale. Take a chance on a book that sounds intriguing!
Leftover books get donated or circulated back into future book swaps
