About the author:
Marisel Salazar is a James Bear Foundation Award judge, the creator of Michelin Guide's "eating Off Duty" column, and a bilingual recipe developer, food writer, restaurant critic, and television host. She has appeared in or on Bon Appétit, Buzzfeed Tasy, Delish, Eater, Food 52, Food Network, Kitchn, New York Times Cooking, Saveur, SELF, Spirits Network, Spruce Eats, Tastemade and other food media as well as ABC10, Inside Hook, The ListTV, The TODAY Show, and Washington Post. SHe was written for Condé Nast Traveler.
