Bring your book, wear something comfy, and settle in for a slow, nourishing day.
The Flow of the Day:
11:00–11:30 - Arrival & welcome. Mini meditation + set your reading intention
11:30–12:30 - Reading
12:30–1:30 - Lunch (included) + then stroll through Queens Park
1:30–3:30 - More reading (or puzzles, colouring, quiet games)
3:30–4:00 - Wrap up & reflection
4:00 - Head home or wander to Fitzy's Pub for a casual drink
