About this Event
Do you struggle with communicating in personal or professional relationships often responding passively or aggressively?
Would you like to be less reactive and more proactive when communicating with partners, families, friends and colleagues?
If so, the solution is my in-person 4 week coaching and book discussion seminar on my memoir Reflections of a Troubled Black Man starting October 30th and ending November 20th, 6-8 pm
In this group you will use the fundamentals of mindfulness as a way to reduce depression, and anxiety while helping you respond to stress and conflict in the present moment, rather than worrying about the past or future.
You will have the space to learn how to express yourself with clarity and authenticity while listening with presence and care.
There is a $100 fee for this workshop and it is requested that you purchase a copy of the book here. https://morriservin.com/books Limited spaces are available!
Morris Ervin, Jr. understands first-hand the deep impact of loss on the mind and spirit, and the challenge it poses to families struggling to recover. After enduring personal tragedies in 2006, including the deaths of three students and the suicide of his nephew, Morris found a turning point in his grief. He realized that through experiencing profound loss, one can discover their true purpose.
Motivated by this insight, Morris committed to using his voice to inspire and support youth and families around the world, helping them recognize their own worth and equipping them with strategies to navigate life’s toughest challenges.
