Join us for an enlightening author workshop on grief and healing from loss, based on my book Don't Be A Stranger To Grief. I've had the privilege of meeting so many people on my travels and life journey who do not live locally yet wanted to be a part of the in-person workshop so I'm offering a virtual option in October! Many believe grief only applies to loss of a loved one to death, but grief can also stem from loss of a relationship, identity, or a life you’d imagined. You’ve likely been affected in ways you might not realize, and to fully embrace our highest selves and future relationships, we must acknowledge, accept, and heal from these losses.

This workshop offers a compassionate space to explore grief, which is about more than just death—it's about healing from any loss. Attendees will gain insights into how to write themselves a Release With Love Letter, a powerful letter-writing exercise designed to help connect pain to purpose.

Hi! I'm Elicia Nademin, and I feel honored to guide you through a compassionate exploration of your feelings. Together, we’ll connect your pain to purpose using the Release With Love intervention from my book Don't Be A Stranger To Grief. With my background as a board-certified psychologist in behavioral and cognitive psychology and author of Don't Be A Stranger To Grief and Don't Be A Stranger (on creating memorable moments with others), I bring a deep understanding of emotional healing.
