Many of our patrons might have seen this cool new book release from local author Dr. Ashley Watson in Lafayette. We are very excited to welcome Ashley to share her new book with our patrons, and so close to Halloween!Join us in the Elm and Maple Rooms to explore this fun new addition to local haunted histories in Indiana. Dr. Watson will be discussing her book, Indiana’s False Hauntings, with a signing event to follow. Utilizing newspapers from the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, Dr. Watson shares with readers how interesting these stories of false Hoosier haunts can be!
Ashley received her PhD in Rhetoric from Purdue University, her Master’s from Miami University of Ohio, and her Bachelor’s from Purdue. This event is free and open to the public.
