Start 2025 with a “new to you” book with a book swap! We’re teaming up with Silent Book Club Lafayette for this fun exchange at 2 p.m. on Jan. 18.For those participating in the book swap, bring no more than two books with minimal annotations that is:
✨ Appropriate for young adult or adult readers (15+)
✨ Something that you are excited to recommend and talk about later
✨ In a condition that you would lend to your favorite former teacher
✨ Not a coffee table or cook book
We’ll exchange books at 2:30 p.m., so we do recommend that you arrive between 2-2:15 to check your book(s) in for the swap and receive your tickets!
You'll receive a ticket for each eligible book you bring for the swap -- this ticket will then be used to check out your chosen book from the swap.
After the book swap, enjoy getting cozy and reading your new book from the book swap or a book you're already reading with the Silent Book Club in the bookshop!
