Utah local Matthew Butler will be at the Mystic Frog to sign copies of his book, "From Green Beret to Shamanism: One Man's Journey to Heal". The book blends memoir, trauma healing, PTSD recovery, spiritual awakening, and the transformation from warrior to healer. It speaks strongly to veteran communities, men’s groups, mental health readers, and spiritual audiences.
After his experiences as a Green Beret, he sought out relief from a variety of sources, and found no healing. However, it was the ancient forms of healing that gave him the relief he sought. He'll be here to discuss the book and his experiences on February 21.
