Big news! Teresa's debut book signing for her new release "Lola is Lost" is on National Bison day, November 1st
at the Pueblo, Colorado Zoo from 10am-2 pm. I hope anyone near can come to the event, and share this event on your page.
She was invited to participate in their Bison Day event with on the hour book readings and book signings. Copies will be available to purchase on site.
We will both be there to share stories about raising bison and their epic story of survival.
Young animal lovers will be riveted by lola, a bison calf who suddenly faces winter alone in the Rocky mountains of Colorado.
Will Lola find enough food and outsmart the predators that abound without the protection of her mama and the rest of the herd? This timid young calf is sure to inspire young readers as she develops the confidence to face life's difficulties with courage and strength.
The book is based on a true story of a real bison calf we owned during our 25 years raising bison. We enjoyed entertaining thousands of guests at our two bison attractions in Colorado and Oklahoma where guests would interact with our herd and learn all about these amazing animals.
