Books, Food & Community Unite: Author RA Cook, Vincenzo’s Cucina and ESPN’s Patric Young Partner for a Night of Gratitude and Giving
Jacksonville, FL — November 2025 — An evening of inspiration, great food, and community connection is coming to Ponte Vedra Beach on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, as local author and podcast host RA Cook joins Patric Young, Vincenzo’s Cucina for a special event celebrating the power of gratitude and giving back.
The event — Books, Food & Community — will feature RA Cook, author of the acclaimed Good To Be Me children’s series and host of the popular “Well Done You” podcast, signing copies of her newly released book The Gratitude Journal. Guests are invited to enjoy an evening of conversation, food, and purpose, as 10% of all food and book sales will benefit the PY4 Foundation, founded by Patric Young, ESPN analyst and former professional basketball player, who advocates for those with spinal cord injuries.
This special community evening is being generously hosted by Vincenzo and Elaine Grande, owners of Vincenzo’s Cucina, who are donating a portion of the evening’s proceeds to support the cause. Known for their welcoming hospitality and authentic Italian cuisine, the Grandes continue to embody the spirit of giving by opening their restaurant — and their hearts — to bring people together for a meaningful purpose.
“This event brings together three of my favorite things — books, great food and community,” said Cook. “It’s about sharing stories, expressing gratitude, and supporting a cause that uplifts others. I’m so grateful to Vincenzo and Elaine for their generosity, Patric for his devotion to his foundation and to everyone who makes nights like this possible.”
