Join award winning author and illustrator Kari Percival as she reads from her multi award winning children's books.
Kari will read and sign copies of her children's picture book, HOW TO SAY HELLO TO A WORM, and enjoy a special sneak peek at her new book, SAFE CROSSING, for release Jan. 7, 2025 from Chronicle Books.
SAFE CROSSING is a story about a family of citizen scientists who help frogs and salamanders cross the street during their spring migration.
This new release for grades 1-4 has been honored as a Junior Library Guild Gold Standard Selection.
Kari will sign complimentary gift book plates for pre-orders of SAFE CROSSING at the event.
