We are very happy to have our beloved friend and teacher Didi Ananda Uttama at our center. Didi has been a nun in Ananda Marga since the early 80’s. She runs a non-profit organization in Athens (https:/Greece.amurtel.org) offering support and care to refugee and migrant women during pregnancy, birth and infancy.Lately she has finished her book, “Tantric Mothering”, A Path of Practical Love, Spiritual Growth & Planetary Change and she will present it at the wellbeing center.
The event will be free of charge and will include:
o Meditation
o A talk about the book, life and spirituality
o Reading from her book
o Answering questions/discussion
o Book signing
Tea and snacks will be provided.
The event is not only for women and mothers but also for men, fathers and for everyone who is interested in self-development, spirituality and wishes for a change in society and the world.
