Book launch: The Girl in the Maze

Join debut author Cathy Hayward and her publisher Agora Books for the launch of The Girl in the Maze and raise money for Book Aid International.

The event costs £5 to attend, and all of this money will go to Book Aid International, the UK’s leading international book donation and library development charity. Every year the organisation gives millions of people the opportunity to read by providing brand new books to thousands of libraries, schools, universities, refugee camps, hospitals and prisons worldwide.

At the event, you will hear from Cathy about her journey to publication and have the opportunity to buy a signed copy of The Girl in the Maze in advance of the paperback publication date of 25th November 2021. They'll also be freebies like bookmarks, tote bags and of course prosecco and cake.

The evening looks like this:

6pm Guests arrive

6.15pm Introduction from Sam Brace and Peyton Stableford at Agora

6.25pm Short reading
from Cathy Hayward

6.30pm Cake cutting/Book signing/ drinks and mingling

7.30pm Event closes

Although there are no Covid restrictions currently in place for this type of event, we ask that you be sensible. Please don't come along if you have Covid symptoms and do consider doing a lateral flow test before the event. There will be plenty of hand sanitiser available.
