Donna-Leigh Perfect
2018 International Womens Day Ambassador in Social Justice & Equality.
Global keynote speaker and three times published author, Donna-Leigh Perfect will take you on an emotional roller coaster of a ride from Perfectly Bullied to Perfectly at P.E.A.C.E.
Donna-Leigh has transcended from a life of extreme ongoing childhood trauma which encompassed murder, foster homes and child abuse to a place of P.E.A.C.E and Gratitude.
Founder of the Global Gratitude Chain Movement connecting the world through a mindful moment of gratitude.
An NLP Practitioner, Lifeline Suicide Prevention Telephone Counsellor, she is passionate about curbing bullying in our community.
Donna-Leigh speaks in corporate events across the world, most recently returning from the International Anti-Slavery Commission Human Trafficking Conference in Las Vegas.
She has spoken at the 2015 Commonwealth Games Community Arts Project and the prestigious International Ignite, and TenX stages sharing her transformational P.E.A.C.E tools.
Donna-Leigh also delivers her Resilient Rockstar Children’s Show and Perfect P.E.A.C.E Program in schools across Australia.
Sheridan Holmes
My name is Sheridan Holmes and this is my first book which places awareness on the growing tragedy we have in Australia of Domestic Violence. I'm a MEM Practitioner, which is like a trauma therapist, and the founder of Stop Listen Change, helping my clients recover from past trauma without them having to relive their past or talk about their personal life. I specialise in helping women who have experienced DV, as this is a topic very close to my heart.
It is designed to encourage young women, or anyone for that matter who is being abused in a relationship on some level, to recognise and acknowledge the red flags of behaviour, and embrace the strength they have inside of them to leave, and be safe at the same time. Then to know that there is therapy out there that can help them recover from these experiences that is simple and effective.
