About this Event
Join Poggy Murray Whitham for an evening of reflection, conversation, and connection, to celebrate the launch of Inclusion Moments; a collection of stories exploring what everyday inclusion looks like, that became an Amazon Best Seller in multiple categories!The event has been sponsored by Dr Ollie Folayan MBE, Co-Founder of the Association of Black and Minority Ethnic Engineers, and by the Institution of Civil Engineers. It will feature readings from the book, talks on allyship and everyday inclusion from other speakers, and a Q&A on both Inclusion Moments and how we can all create more inclusive spaces.
The event will close with a book signing, a relaxed gathering, and friendly celebration with complimentary food and drinks provided.
If you have a copy of Inclusion Moments already, you’re welcome to bring it along to be signed. There will be a limited number of hardback versions available on the night to purchase.

Time: Doors 7.15pm to start at 7.30pm.
The event takes place at The Proud Place, Manchester's LGBTQ+ community centre, and we will be taking donations via the booking system and on the night to support the work of The Proud Trust.
