Join us at the Taproom, Castlemaine for the launch of Stu Hatton’s book of poems & prose pieces, In the Not-too-distant Present.Stu will be in conversation with acclaimed poet Andy Jackson. They will discuss the book and how it came to be written, and Stu will read selections from it. There will also be a Q&A where the audience will be invited to ask questions and join the conversation.
Poet Jill Jones has said of In the Not-too-distant Present, ‘This is visceral, haunted and, yes, discomforting writing which is a necessary provocation within the current madness’.
Please note that the Taproom is shifting to a larger space within the Mill. This event will take place in the new location, next to the Vintage Bazaar.
