Halifax Art & Artists presents the stories of the city’s creators from craftspeople and portrait painters to filmmakers and multidisciplinary makers from time immemorial to the present.The event will feature a panel discussion including the book’s author Ray Cronin; artist Alan Syliboy; Ann Kitz, daughter of Alex Colville, and Sarah Moore Fillmore, CEO, Art Gallery of Nova Scotia.
This is a FREE event, though registration is required. ASL services will be provided. It will take place in Paul O'Regan Hall.
This event is organized by the Art Canada Institute, in partnership with the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia and Halifax Public Libraries.
