Join us for the exciting launch of ABC’s for the Jamerican Child , a delightful new children’s book written by Djamil Ninsoo that celebrates the beauty, language, and culture of Jamaica through the alphabet.

Come along with Jahmal as you discover the ABCs of Jamaican life, from ackee and mango to music, laughter, and family love. Perfect for children, parents, and educators alike, this book brings the warmth and rhythm of the Caribbean to storytime.

Island Society for the Promotion of Artistic and Cultural Education (Island SPACE) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the advancement of arts, culture, history, and educational initiatives that represent the Caribbean region, in South Florida and the broader diaspora. The public is invited to visit the Caribbean museum Thursdays through Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m. and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. General museum entry is $15 per adult and $7 per child. Walk north (toward Broward Blvd / the building under construction) along the outside of the building.
Turn into the double doors immediately before the construction.
