Acclaimed novelist Lynn Steger Strong (author of Want and Flight) returns to Greenlight to launch her new book The Float Test—a rich exploration of family, betrayal, and love. Gathered after a major loss, the at-odds Kenner siblings need each other more than ever—if only they could trust one another. Over the course of a sweltering Florida summer, the Kenner siblings will revisit what it means to be a family and—if they are smart and kind and lucky—come out better on the other side. From a writer at the top of her craft, The Float Test is an elegant and gripping testament to the power that family has to both nurture and destroy us.
