When Winston Alcorn, freshly unemployed in Kentucky, hauls his wife and two young sons deep into Tennessee, he sets off a generational saga of mendacious transformations... Mesmerizing and darkly comic, Bloodline is an exploration of masculinity run amuck, of femininity’s strength and resolve, of the burdens of heritage and history. Andrew Martin, author of Early Work, joins Johnson for a discussion on the book before an audience Q&A and signing.
