This month we’re reading Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus, a witty, heartfelt story about Elizabeth Zott, a chemist in the 1960s whose career takes an unexpected turn into television. Along the way, she challenges stereotypes, inspires women to dream bigger, and proves that science (and life) isn’t just for men.
Reading the book is always totally optional 🤣 This is a fun, low-pressure gathering of the Seekonk Women’s Social Club!
I’ll have light snacks and drinks available, so come ready to relax, chat, and enjoy great company (hopefully sitting on the back porch, weather permitting). Feel free to bring along your favorite treats or anything that fits your dietary needs.
