Jätkäsaari library hosts a new, English-language book club, and you are invited to join our session on Monday October 7 at 6pm (-7pm).The club is free, friendly, and open to all. Anyone interested in books, reading, and meeting new people is warmly welcome.
We are currently planning to meet once a month (first Monday of a month). Next meeting will be October 7 with Joan Didion's The Year of Magical Thinking
The book club will be led by Satu Ylisaari, an anthropologist by training, and a fellow book lover at heart.
