Books & yoga what more could you ask for?This flow & talk will start with 15-20 minutes of gentle flow/stretching followed by 45-60 minutes of open time to get comfy and read, talk about books, or just hangout.
We will put out a monthly list of recommended books you can read and talk about, but any book is welcome!
Let us know if you have suggestions for this month's books.
This class and forum is free for studio members and donation based for all others. No yoga experience required! Sign up on mindbody to grab a spot. Donations will be collected when you arrive at book club.
