A special event to mark the 30th anniversary of the Handback of Booderee National Park to the Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community Council will be held at Green Patch on Saturday 22 November.This anniversary celebrates three decades of caring for Country, Culture and Community.
Join us to commemorate this milestone with live music, Cultural performances, family-friendly activities, Blak Markets, panel discussions, kids’ entertainment and food stalls.
Event Information
Transport: A free shuttle bus service will operate to and from the event. Details on bus routes and schedules will be available on this page closer to the date. Limited car parking is available.
Food and refreshments: Food will be available for purchase from local stallholders. Visitors are also welcome to bring their own food and snacks.
This is an alcohol-free event — no alcohol will be permitted.
Rubbish and waste: Please help us keep the park clean by using the bins provided and taking your belongings with you.
Staying safe: We want everyone to have a fantastic time that’s memorable for all the right reasons. Please keep these tips in mind:
• Stay hydrated, eat well and be sun smart.
• Seek help if needed - For first aid, visit the St Johns Ambulance Stall, speak with park staff or call 000 in an emergency.
