All levels welcome - including beginners.60 min Buti Yoga Tribe + Moon Flow is a fusion of power yoga, tribal dance, deep asanas, strength conditioning, pelvic mobility and core abdominal toning. The music will transcend and guide your movement. This unique yoga practice, incorporates Moon Salutations - Chandra Namaskar yoga flow asanas to evoke a deep sense of emotional stability, focus and inner awareness. This is a powerful and strong yoga practice that can cool the body and calm the mind. Each attendee will receive an Aura Flower Agate Crescent Moon pocket stone!
