QTPOCC participants and allies are invited to a spooky film screening in the Den to commemorate the holiday season and engage with self-care practices ranging from themed snack and beverage consumption, face masks during the film for soothing and skin, breathing and stretching techniques for spooky or intense scenes, and having aroma therapy scents available for participants to enjoy.
