Join us as the weather turns spooky as we offer our Fitspiration Friday for Families: Halloween Yoga & Boo Basket Making. What's a Boo Basket? Think of it like an Easter basket with a Halloween or fall theme—a collection of goodies to celebrate the delights of fall and our favorite time of year when kids are adorned in the most outrageously adorable costumes.Part 1: Family Yoga Session
Embark on a journey of playfulness and connection led by our experienced instructor, Kris Willson. Gentle stretches, playful poses, and interactive activities will set the mood for our Boo Basket making.
No prior yoga experience is necessary—just bring an open heart, a spirit of adventure and if you feel inspired (or ready?!), we encourage you to dress in costume!
What to Expect:
A fun and interactive family yoga session suitable for all ages over 4.
Expert guidance from a certified yoga, Kris Willson
A creative Boo Basket-making activity
All materials provided for a memorable crafting experience.
Snacks & lemonade (plus: wine for the adults)
An opportunity to bond, laugh, and create lasting memories with loved ones.
FEE: $60 per Two People (i.e. one adult + 1 child)
