September 8th, 2025 will be a day none of us at A&P will forget. We all woke up that morning, went about our daily lives, handled the every day tasks, vet appointments, our jobs, applications, etc - while eerily the universe was about the throw us into a raging storm of what has become our new reality. It’s hard to think it’s been 3 weeks since tragedy struck. While we have not forgotten about the things we lost that day, we are trying to take steps in the right direction to rebuild. We are focusing our efforts on regrouping, replenishing everything we’ve lost, and still mourning the dogs we lost that day..
We are beyond thankful for our small rescue family that rallied together to be by our side, thankful for the community’s support, thankful for our amazing vet, Cheektowaga dog control, the paramedics, other local rescue organizations who have supported us, and everyone in between who has been by our side since that day.
As we continue to move forward we wanted to hold a benefit for the rescue, held by the rescue, a family friendly, fun day. A day to make new memories, a day to enjoy each others company and showcase the dogs in our care who we’ve saved through collective efforts.
On Saturday October 18th we will be at Hat Trix Bar & Grill for Boo Bash. From 11 am - 3 pm
Boo Bash will include
- a vendor fair
- 50/50
- basket raffle
- food and beverages
- adoptable dogs 🐶

Please join us for a fun filled, happy day, as we all come together to support the rescue.
Halloween costumes are happily welcomed and encouraged ! 👻
