An introduction to the basic concepts and supplies needed for bonsai work. There will also be a discussion of the format for the two hands-on classes that will be offered in the spring as well as recommended preparation prior to taking those classes.

Come-and-go viewing of an assortment of bonsai trees in various ages and stages of development. Opportunities for Q&A.
