Whether you're a seasoned plant enthusiast or a complete beginner, this workshop offers the perfect chance to discover the art of bonsai in a relaxed and welcoming setting.Guided by bonsai artist Alex Stanford of Florida Bonsai, you'll learn the essential skills and techniques for styling your very own bonsai tree. No prior experience or tools are required—just bring your enthusiasm and creativity!
We’ll be working with tropical species, which are easy to care for (even if you have a busy schedule). After a brief introduction to the history and fundamentals of bonsai, you'll get hands-on experience potting, pruning, and styling your tree. By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with your own personalized bonsai tree to nurture for years to come!
Space is limited, so be sure to secure your tickets early! Tickets cost $85 and are non-refundable reservations. Rescheduling for a workshop on a different day requires a $15 rescheduling fee.
