Bonjour, er Bienvenue to your personal French lessons with Jason Courson! Jason holds a degree in French from the University of Alabama Tuscaloosa, and has taught public and private classes to lovers of language for many years. Jason's passion for the French language is also manifest in his music, where he has played Cajun fiddle and sang with Alabama based Cajun Band The Swamp Poppas for 30 years.Following this graduation in 2000 from the University, Jason spent a year living abroad in Switzerland, where he spoke French and German daily, and traveled to France often.
From language to music, culture to cuisine, Jason's passion for the French language is evident in all aspects of his life.
Whether you are just beginning your linguistic journey, or brushing the dust off your college skills, you will enjoy a class room filled with learning, laughter, and always a little something extra to make your evening fun.
Classes begin Monday November 4th and run in 6 week intervals. Cost is $120 for six weeks and you will need to purchase a workbook, available on Amazon prime.
Classes are two hours on Monday nights, 630pm-830pm. One hour of guided classroom learning followed by one hour of conversation and personalized assistance.
