Join us for an hour of movement and posture with the best yoga prop ever invented, a glass of beer or cider from Bone Dry Tap House's delicious taps (or bring your own iced latte or water).For only $10 you can enjoy a beginner-friendly yoga class with all of your new best friends as we laugh and explore movement, breath, and joy in the embodied experience. For $15 you will even get a mid-class refill.
Please bring a mat, or you can borrow one of the few we keep at the tap house, and get ready for movement and fun. Doors open at 10am and class begins at 10:30
