Learn how to utilize bone broth in your everyday cooking, how to select the best bones for bone broth, and several different ways to make and preserve broth. Making your own broth can lead to increased nutritional benefits, enhanced flavor, reduced waste, and significant cost savings. There will be a Sensory Lab where participants will have the opportunity to taste several versions and applications of bone broth - even freeze-dried!
