About this Event
Join two of Bozeman’s experienced local riggers as they guide you through the theory and practice of bondage. This intensive style class will begin with a lighter introduction to playing with ropes suitable for beginners or those who need a refresher followed by a more advanced level of tying. Top and bottom perspectives will be given throughout to ensure a well-rounded education and experience.
We ask that you bring your own rope if you have it (at least 3 hanks of 30ft) if you need it OH Hi will have a beginner set available for purchase.
Meet your hosts:
Ernie and Frankie began their rope bondage journey in 2014 when Frankie told Ernie "google shibari. I want this." They started with gleaning information from the internet and learning patterns from books, and shortly afterwards they discovered an in-person community of rope enthusiasts who mentored and encoraged their journey. They have been fortunate to be able to attend conferences and weekend intensives to learn and refine their practice, mainly with Ernie being the one who ties and Frankie being bound in rope. They are life partners and founding members of Montana Rope Wranglers, and have been integral to facilitating local rope events since 2015.
Ropemantic (they/them) is a bondage rigger who has been active in the Gallatin Valley BDSM community for over two years. They describe themselves as a real “sadistic” bastard: "I like to tie people up and cuddle them." Ropemantic loves sharing the joy and beauty of rope bondage, and is always happy to share their knowledge and experiences to help other kinksters grow in their own lifestyle journey.
