A shorter session of fun Somatic Movements for you to bring your children along to, plus a mini meditation.
This will be a beautiful moment for you to share with your child (or children). Some precious time together to bond and breathe. And learn some valuable tools to help sooth thier nervous system, and yours.
The transformation I have experienced from practising these movements has been huge. And I am extremely passionate about helping our children learn these beautiful practices that they can carry through life to find balance and calm.
The movements are great for any age, amazing for neurodivergent individuals, and a beautiful practice before bed for those little ones who struggle to get to sleep. Also help with soothing worry or anxiety for our teens.
