Still under construction and already redefining the city’s architectural landscape, this stunning mixed-use development rises along the Spokane River with panoramic views and next-generation design.

Join BOMA Spokane for a behind-the-scenes tour of this landmark project. Hear from the development team about the vision, materials, and innovations shaping this soon-to-be icon from sustainability features to its signature glass façade.

Arrival & Check-In:

Arrive between 11:30 and 12:00 PM to check in.

The last tour will depart promptly at 12:00 PM, so please plan accordingly.

Parking & Site Details:

This is an active construction site, so there is no reserved parking available. Please park on nearby streets or in a public lot or garage. A reminder that Lincoln Street is currently under construction, so allow extra time to find parking.

High-visibility vests and hard hats will be provided for all attendees.
