Pasta:
Schlutzkrapfen: Elegant blend of Sausage, Spinach, Parmasean, in a half-moon ravioli with a smoked pine nut and tomato Beurre Blanc.
Paired with: Cordero San Giorgio Pinot Nero
Entrée:
Gulasch Triestino: Italian Beef Goulash on a bed of Spinach Spatzel and asparagus with a Bozner Sauce and a slice of Gorgonzola.
Paired with: Speri Amarone
Dessert:
Sachertorte: Chocolate cake layered around apricot jam and a dark chocolate ganache.
