TMK and Simon from Bolt Action MK are proud to host a 750pt "Ratenkreig" Bolt Action Tournament.Many theatres during WW2 saw scrappy close up fighting involving small squads desperately fighting to survive. The Island assaults of the Pacific, the Rubble strewn bunkers of the Alps and as the name alludes to, the bombed out cities of Stalingrad.
The Germans coined the term Rattenkrieg, or 'ratlike war', during the fighting at Stalingrad. Where large rifle squads, organised battalion manoeuvres and mechanised assaults were totally useless, broken up by the terrain and effective deployment of defensive weapons. To fight and survive, armies split into fireteams, assault squads and lone warriors.
It'll be a great day of intense scrappy combat on crowded 4x4ft boards. Army creation is purposely designed to represent this and creates a unique challenge for competitors. Something a little bit different to the usual.

Each Round is 1 Hour 45m.
Round 1: 10.30am – 12.15pm
Break: 12.15pm – 12.45pm
Round 2: 12.45pm – 14.30pm
Break: 14.30pm – 15.00pm
Round 3: 15.00-16.45pm

Army limit of 750 points.
Order Dice Limit: Minimum 12
*This is a Minimum limit, not a Maximum. Vehicles do not count their Order Dice towards this Minimum limit.
Vehicle Limit: softskin and 7+ vehicles only!
Lists cannot be changed between rounds.
On the day please bring rulebooks, army books, army lists, dice bag, enough order dice for your force, tape measure, regular dice. If possible please bring a second colour order dice and objective markers with you.

Free, on street park, available on Windsor St and Church St. There is also a a Free carpark 5 minutes walk located next to Saint Georges Church (Agora Parking on Google Maps)
