?Join us for our fun BollyX classes in San Mateo!??This class is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world.
It is a cardio workout that cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. At the very core of a BollyX workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India.

- WEDNESDAYS 6PM - 7PM w/ADI
- SUNDAYS 11:30AM - 12:30PM w/LINDEN

Class Description:
This 60 minute all levels class will start off with BollyX – A Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. The last 5-10 minutes of this demo class will focus on breaking down Garba/Raas dance moves that you can show off at a Garba near you!
