About the workshop:
This exciting workshop is designed exclusively for women and is all about fun and inclusivity to groove without limits. Imagine vibrant music, energetic moves, and a supportive atmosphere that encourages you to shine on the dance floor.
But that's not all! After the dance session, treat yourself to refreshing smoothies at our hydration station, and fueling food to keep your energy high. It's the perfect opportunity to recharge and mingle with fellow dancers, sharing stories, laughter, and creating unforgettable connections.
Attire:
We recommend wearing comfortable and flowy clothing to move freely, and don't forget to bring a pair of indoor shoes to dance! Street shoes, spiked heels, stiletto heels, and cleats are NOT ALLOWED on the dance floor.
