Join Karishma Mansingani and the Dance Together Project in this super fun class! Bollywood dancing comes from the Indian film industry and incorporates traditional Indian and Bhangra folk dance with Hip Hop, Jazz, Latin and Bellydance styles. It is energetic, expressive and so much fun!
Karishma is a York Region dance artist and teacher with over 15 years of expereince. She grew up in Taiwan, where she trained in a variety of multicultural dance forms specialising in Bollywood dance practice and performance.
This class is free for participants, thanks to the generous support of Assembly Park and York Region Arts Council. Enjoy food trucks, a local artisan market and pickleball court at Assembly Park!
