Jeffrey Boynton is a certified 5Rhythms Teacher and Member of the 5RTA. Jeffrey has been practicing 24 years and teaching since 2014. He holds a generous grounded space of gentle masculine presence for each of us to find our feet on the path of alignment between what we think, what we feel, and what we do. The gift of this alignment and awareness is increased personal and communal resilience, a vital resource in this age of Chaos.
