About this Event
Following on from our first 3 sold out events, we are hosting our next event at the incredible Cardiff institution that is Snails Deli! This promises to be an evening showcasing the very best of British produce through the lense of the timeless food of France. World Renowned Welsh Lamb, Chalk stream Trout, Herb Roasted Chicken, Sumptuous shoulder of Pork & British Strawberries at the very peak of their season! We will take you through a journey showcasing this incredible produce, cooked with care & a deep passion for French gastronomy.
