Theme: Boundaries, Burnout & Sustainable ServiceThis month’s in-person Circle is an invitation to remember that rested healers serve from abundance, not depletion.
February’s gathering focuses on supporting healers in staying resourced, grounded, and centered in their work and lives. Together, we’ll explore how boundaries, both emotional and energetic, are essential to sustainable service.
Purpose of the Gathering:
To help healers recognize where energy is being overextended, reclaim personal power, and cultivate practices that support longevity and well-being.
Together we’ll explore:
- Emotional and energetic boundaries in healing work
- A practical experiential exercise
Group discussion and reflection around the question:
Where am I leaking energy?
February’s Book Theme:
Rest Is Resistance by Tricia Hersey
This month’s conversations will weave in themes of rest, reclamation, and redefining productivity as an act of care and liberation.
After the Circle:
The sauna will be hot and ready for anyone who would like to stay for an after-meeting warm-up and casual connection. Please bring comfortable clothes and a towel if you plan to join.
