Boeing Boeing by Marc Camelotti & translated by Beverley Cross & Francis Evans, is a French farce adapted for the English speaking stage. The play is set in Paris, where Bernard, a successful architect, thinks he has his complicated love life sorted. Engaged to three air hostess girlfriends, he manages to juggle his relationships with the help of airline timetables and his long-suffering housekeeper Bertha. When old school friend Robert arrives, Bernard is eager to show-off his handiwork, but then schedules change and a new turbo-charged Boeing aircraft is introduced, and Bernard’s smooth operation is thrown into farcical, hilarious chaos. Boeing Boeing will run at The Commemoration Hall, Huntingdon (39 High Street, PE29 3AQ) from Wednesday 9th April - Saturday 12th April for a total of five performances (which include a Saturday afternoon matinee.) Tickets are £14 (£12 concessions) and can be booked a ticketsource.co.uk/huntsdramaclub or in person at The Commemoration Hall Visitor Centre (cash only.)
