We have the guidance offerings from the team in the mornings, and a direction to focus on the practices of C.I. in the afternoon.

We have a wooden Studio at our disposal, cozy common areas with fireplace, accommodation in tents and in collective rooms,
as well as access to a sauna and the Norwegian nature.
The food is vegetarian and provided by the retreat, with three meals a day.
