Get a workout without a gym! Bodyweight Basics is for beginners who want to learn the best equipment-free moves to do anywhere, anytime. Learn essential bodyweight exercises and ways to use them to meet your fitness goals.
Led by the experienced trainers from Baseline Fitness, participants will learn good form and technique, and get individualised feedback on how to do each exercise for maximum effectiveness and safety. Participants will also learn how to structure exercises into short workouts and try them out in short practical sessions. By the end of the workshop, they will have the knowledge and confidence to do their own bodyweight workouts whenever, wherever.
This workshop will be conducted on 19 Jun 2021 at 9am at the 100Plus Promenade, National Stadium and will last 1h 15 mins.
